WWF-ID is currently seeking for the best candidate for the position of Executive & Board Relations Officer. This position will be based in Jakarta and report to CEO.
This position will provide support to for the CEO and Board of Trustees for operational, meetings, agenda for the CEO and Chair of Executive Board at WWF-ID. This include but not limited to writing reports, annual reports, minutes of meetings, presentation, memo and other relevant documents from CEO or Chair of Executive Board.
Requirements for this position are:· Minimum hold Bachelor Degree (S-1) or above from Secretary and relevant major
· Minimum of 5 years' experience as personal assistant, or secretary from Directors/Head of Program from NGO industry with experience
· Fluency in written and spoken English and Bahasa Indonesia
