Council of Palm Oil Producing Countries (CPOPC) is an intergovernmental organization for palm oil producing countries. The Council aims to promote, develop and strengthen cooperation in the oil palm cultivation and industry among the member countries.
CPOPC Secretariat in Jakarta is looking for a full-time, locally employed:
Junior Staff on Technical (Legal)
1 person
to start employment on 1 September 2019
General purpose of the position:
Assisting the CPOPC Director to draft various programmatic documents as requested in a number of forms and to involve in whole CPOPC activities as team member.
Qualifications:
· Law degree or a master's degree in the international law sciences, fresh graduate is welcome;
· Familiarity with and understanding of international law, especially with international trade law, arbitration and litigation;
· Previous experience and extensive networks within government, private sector and relevant key contacts would be highly regarded;
· Advanced communication and interpersonal skills, ability to connect and work well with others;
· Excellent written and spoken English (essential);
· Candidate must be energetic and pro-active with good problem-solving and troubleshooting skills;
· Posses excellent knowledge in Microsoft office;
· Ability to maintain absolute confidentiality;
· Independent and able to work under-pressure with organized and analytical;
· Excellent to work with deadline and multi task in tight schedule and prioritize multiple tasks;
· Demonstrates professionalism and polish in work habits and interactions.
